Ibis Styles Barcelona City Bogatell
For the 10th edition of Windows Art Circuit, I painted this large-scale window at Ibis Styles Barcelona City Bogatell as part of Poblenou Open Day.
The piece was based on a surreal scene I originally proposed as a mural: a fish swimming through the sky, surrounded by flowers. When the opportunity came up to paint it on a window and make it a longer-lasting installation, I adapted the idea to the space while keeping the original colour and spirit of the illustration.
The intervention was painted from inside the hotel, allowing the light and transparency of the glass to become part of the piece.
