"Bite the Hand that Feeds"
Mural Illustration
This mural depicts two dogs locked in a moment of confrontation. Stripped of additional narrative elements, the image focuses solely on tension, instinct, and raw interaction. The dogs function as a symbolic device, leaving the interpretation open while evoking ideas of conflict, power, survival, and dependency.
The piece relies on expressive line work, contrast, and body language to convey emotion and movement at a large scale. By isolating the figures, the mural invites viewers to project their own readings onto the scene, allowing the metaphor to remain ambiguous rather than literal.
This project reflects my approach to mural illustration: bold, direct imagery that communicates through gesture and presence, designed to exist within urban and public spaces without the need for explanatory context.
